1. Consider the most important task of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan realization of the following main directions of enhancement of activities of law-enforcement bodies in the field of execution of the punishments connected with imprisonment:
the first - ensuring strict observance of the rights of the convicts and persons taken into custody, respect of their honor and advantage, strengthening of the control of proper accomplishment by employees of service duties excluding manifestations of corruption and abuse of authority;
the second - enhancement of process of the re-education and correction of convicts providing forming of culture of observance of requirements of the laws at them and rules of conduct in society, aspirations to knowledge acquisition and increase in the spiritual and moral level;
third - establishing efficient dialogue with citizens in the solution of the problems concerning them in the criminal and executive sphere, ensuring close interaction with institutes of civil society in social adaptation of the convicts exempted from organizations on execution of the punishment;
the fourth - implementation of the effective mechanism of matching of qualified personnel, their special professional training, retraining and advanced training;
