For the purpose of implementation of electronic trading platform for implementation of procedures of lease and privatization of state-owned property, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Approve enclosed:

- Regulations on procedure for holding pilot auctions for privatization of state-owned property in electronic format according to appendix 1;

- Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 24.09.2021 No. 183

2. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 24.09.2021 No. 183

3. This resolution becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
