1. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to transfer to the Ministry of cases of religions and civil society of the Republic of Kazakhstan rights of possession and uses of the state share in limited liability partnership "Molodezh research center (further – partnership).
2. Determine the main object of activity of partnership carrying out scientific research and implementation of methodical ensuring realization of the state youth policy.
3. To the Ministries of Finance, science and education, for religions and civil society of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take other measures following from this resolution.
4. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
