About modification of the Procedure for realization on the stock exchange of securities on which collection is turned

According to Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine", to Articles 23 - 25, 27 Laws of Ukraine "About securities and the stock market", "About enforcement proceeding" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED parts four of article 61 of the Law of Ukraine:

1. Bring in the Procedure for realization on the stock exchange of securities on which collection, No. approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of December 25, 2012 1853, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on January 22, 2013 at No. 159/22691 (with changes), the following changes is turned:

1) paragraph two of Item 1.1 of the Section I after words "bodies of the public executive service," to add with words "private contractors,";

2) in the Section II:

in Item 2.4:

to add the paragraph of the sixth after words of "the state contractor" with the words "or private contractor";

to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:

"The copy of the resolution on the inventory and seizure of property (means) of the debtor and if the inventory and seizure of property were performed before entry into force of the Law of Ukraine of June 2, 2016 No. 1404-VIII "About enforcement proceeding" - the copy of the act of the inventory and seizure of property of the debtor - securities;";
