About modification of the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

Bring in the Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of October 28, 2015 No. 878 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2015, No. 89, Art. 2972; 2016, No. 12, the Art. 503), changes which are applied.

Changes which are made to Regulations on the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine

1. In item 4:

1) to add Item with subitems 21-1 - 21-8 following contents:

"21-1) performs in the cases provided by the law, state registration (re-registration) and accounting of vehicles holds exams for receipt of the right of control of vehicles and issues the relevant documents;

21-2) creates and keeps the register of the organizations performing preparation, retraining and advanced training of transport drivers and also exercises the state control of observance of requirements of the legislation by them in the specified sphere;

21-3) records the trade organizations, the manufacturing companies and subjects of business activity irrespective of pattern of ownership realizing vehicles or number components to them;

21-4) keeps the automated account, performs accumulating, processing and use of data on the vehicles which are subject to state and departmental registration and about their owners;

21-5) keeps the register of subjects of implementation of mandatory engineering supervision, and also exercises the state control of observance by such subjects of requirements of the legislation in the specified sphere;

21-6) creates in accordance with the established procedure the nation-wide database about results of mandatory engineering supervision of vehicles;
