1.1. Reorganization of bank can be performed in the form of merge, accession, separation, allocation and transformation according to the decision of general shareholder meeting (participants) with the permission of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further the Central bank).
Permission of the Central bank to reorganization of bank is issued according to Regulations on procedure for the passing of allowing procedures in the field of banking activity approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of March 10, 2014 No. 56.
Reorganization of bank can be performed also upon the demand of the Central bank.
