According to Articles 11, 111 Penitentiary codes of Ukraine and for the purpose of reduction of the Instruction about procedure for provision by the convict of short-term departures out of limits of organizations of execution of punishments approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 22, 2011 No. 3361/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 29, 2011 on No. 1372/20110 (with changes), in compliance with the Penitentiary code of Ukraine order:

1. In Item 18 of the Instruction on procedure for provision by the convict of short-term departures out of limits of organizations of execution of punishments approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of November 22, 2011 No. 3361/5, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on November 29, 2011 on No. 1372/20110 (with changes) shall be replaced with words words of "territorial authority of criminal and executive inspection" "authorized body concerning probation".

2. To department of probation (Yanchuk O. B.) to submit this order on state registration according to the Presidential decree of Ukraine of October 3, 1992 to No. 493 "About state registration of regulatory legal acts of the ministries and other executive bodies".

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. Control over execution of this order shall be entrusted to the deputy minister Chernyshev D. V.
