For the purpose of enhancement of implementation process of assets (property) of insolvent banks and being guided by Article part three 4, Item 10 parts one, part six of article 12 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", and also for the purpose of implementation of requirements of part nine of Article 38 and article 51 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits" and providing the rights and the interests of potential buyers of assets (property) of banks protected by the law which are removed from the market or are liquidated, the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits solved:

1. Make changes to Regulations on the commission on consideration of claims and preparation of offers on the organization and carrying out open tenderings (auctions) for asset sale (property) of banks which are removed from the market or are liquidated, approved by the decision of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of March 30, 2017 No. 1302, registered on April 25, 2017 for No. 544/30412, having been reworded as follows it which is applied the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine.

2. To provide to department of strategy and normative and methodological providing together with legal department submission of this decision to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine for state registration.
