About modification of the Regulations on structure of Sections of the project documentation and requirements to their content

Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on structure of Sections of the project documentation and requirements to their content approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of February 16, 2008 No. 87 "About structure of Sections of the project documentation and requirements to their content" (The Russian Federation Code, 2008, No. 8, Art. 744; 2010, No. 16, Art. 1920; No. 51, Art. 6937; 2011, No. 8, Art. 1118; 2013, No. 32, Art. 4328; 2016, No. 5, Art. 698; 2017, No. 19, Art. 2843).

Changes which are made to Regulations on structure of Sections of the project documentation and requirements to their content

1. Add Item 10 with the subitem "(1)" the following content:

"(1)) data on use of renewable energy resources and secondary energy resources;".

2. Add Item 13 with subitems "(1)" and "(2)" the following content:

"(1)) reasons for the made architectural concepts regarding ensuring compliance of buildings, structures and constructions to the established requirements of energy efficiency (except for buildings, structures, constructions to which requirements of energy efficiency do not extend);

(2)) the list of actions for ensuring compliance with the established requirements of energy efficiency to the architectural concepts influencing energy efficiency of buildings, structures and constructions (except for buildings, structures, constructions to which requirements of energy efficiency do not extend);".

3. In Item 14:
