Changes which are made to acts of the Government of the Russian Federation concerning safety during the using and content of the intra house and intra room gas equipment

In paragraph three of Item 5 of the Rules of content of common property in the apartment house approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of August 13, 2006 No. 491 "About approval of Rules of content of common property in the apartment house and Rules of change of the amount of payment for content of premises in case of rendering services and performance of works on management, content and repair of common property in the apartment house of inadequate quality and (or) with the breaks exceeding the established duration" (The Russian Federation Code, 2006, No. 34, Art. 3680; 2011, No. 22, Art. 3168; 2013, No. 21, Art. 2648):
