About modification and amendments in resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2006 No. 909 and of January 21, 2016 No. 44

1. Make changes and addition to the following resolutions of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus:
1.1. in Regulations on the procedure for functioning of single state system of registration and accounting of offenses approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of July 20, 2006 No. 909 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2006, No. 130, 5/22725; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 28.12.2013, 5/38164):
to exclude from part two of Item 11 of the word "with the subsequent printout and lacing upon completion of calendar year";
in the paragraph the second part one of subitem 5.1 of Item 5 of appendix 7 to this Provision of the word "item 3" shall be replaced with words "item 6 (item 3 in the edition operating till September 6, 2017)";
in subitem 6.1 of Item 6 of appendix 13 to this Provision of the word "items 4 (72), 41 (73), 5 (97)" shall be replaced with words "items 7 (item 4 in the edition operating till September 6, 2017) (72), 8 (item 41 in the edition operating till September 6, 2017) (73), 9 (item 5 in the edition operating till September 6, 2017) (97)";
1.2. in part two of subitem 2.3 of Item 2 of the Regulations on procedure for the application of security measures concerning protected persons approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of January 21, 2016 No. 44 (The national legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 29.01.2016, 5/41591):
