2. In the Rules of commercial accounting of heat energy, the heat carrier approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of November 18, 2013 No. 1034 "About commercial accounting of heat energy, the heat carrier" (The Russian Federation Code, 2013, No. 47, the Art. 6114):

"In case of designing of metering station in case of connection of the under construction, reconstructed capital construction project of the requirement to metering devices (specifications on installation of metering devices) contain in the conditions of connection issued according to the procedure, the established Rules of connection to systems of heat supply approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of April 16, 2012 No. 307 "About procedure for connection to systems of heat supply and about introduction of amendments to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation".";
