About entering of amendments and changes into the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2009 No. 4
Based on part one of article 26 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 25, 2011 "About archiving and clerical work in the Republic of Belarus", parts one of Item 11 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus approved by the resolution of Council of Ministers of the Republic of Belarus of October 31, 2001 No. 1605, the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES:
1. Bring in the Instruction on clerical work in state bodies, other organizations approved by the resolution of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Belarus of January 19, 2009 No. 4 (The national register of legal acts of the Republic of Belarus, 2009, No. 42, 8/20434; 2011, No. 123, 8/24338; 2012, No. 21, 8/24838; National legal Internet portal of the Republic of Belarus, 01.01. 2015, 8/29441; 15:01. 2016, 8/30557), following amendments and changes:
the fourth Item 6 after the word "appointed" to add part with words "the order of the head of the organization";
in Item 9 part six shall be replaced with words the word "date" "document date";
in Item 13 part one "subordinated" shall be replaced with words the word "the subordinates (who are part, system)";
Item 18 part one in paragraph three shall be replaced with words the word "date" "document date";
in Item 21 of the word "the details reproduced on it containing permanent information" shall be replaced with words "the permanent information of the document reproduced on it";
