About modification of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic

Article 1.

Bring in part I of the Civil code of the Kyrgyz Republic (Sheets of Jogorku Kenesh of the Kyrgyz Republic, 1996, No. 6, the Art. 80) the following changes:

Item 6 of Article 221 to state 1) in the following edition:

"6) in the cases established by the law;";

Item 1 of Article 335 to add 2) with the paragraph the fifth the following content:

"The address of collection on the pledged real estate is initiated in case of systematic violation of obligation fulfillment more than for three consecutive months preceding date of the direction of the notice on the beginning of the procedure of the address of collection regarding pledge extrajudicially.";

Paragraph one of Item 3 of Article 336 to state 3) in the following edition:

"3. Starting selling price of pledged property at the time of collection with which the biddings begin is determined by the agreement of the pawnbroker with the pledger (Item 2 of Article 335), and concerning real estate - is determined by the supplementary agreement of the pawnbroker with the pledger with involvement of the independent appraisers having the appropriate certificate according to requirements of the legislation or the judgment (Item 1 of Article 335).".

Article 2.

This Law becomes effective after fifteen days from the date of official publication.
