1.1. This Procedure is developed according to the Law "About the Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and Resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. 119 of 26.03.96 and No. 57 of 30.01.97.

For the conclusion with the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan contracts for accomplishment of functions of the Dealer in the market of state treasury bills (further in the text of "state treasury bills"), according to the "Regulations on servicing and the address of releases of state treasury bills" approved by the Central bank approved by the Ministry of Finance and registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan for No. 552 of November 30, 1998, candidates need to provide documents and to meet the requirements determined by this Procedure.

2. Requirements imposed to the status and financial position of the candidate for Dealers in the market of state treasury bills

2.1 Be the legal resident person having at least 3 months at the time of submission of documents the license granting the right to implementation of professional activity as the investment intermediary (for the organizations which are not banks) or the license of the Central bank (for banks). Insurance companies and investment funds have no right to be Dealers in the market of state treasury bills.
