Rules of release and circulation of the promissory note of banks

1. General provisions

1.1. These rules are developed according to the law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About securities and stock exchange", the "Provision on the translated and promissory note" registered by the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Uzbekistan for N 147 of 31.05.95 and are approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan N 21 of 26.01.1995.

1.2. The promissory note of banks shall contain:

- the name "Bill of exchange" included in the text and expressed in that language in which this document is constituted;

- simple and nothing not caused promise to pay certain amount;

- specifying of payment due date;

- specifying of the place in which payment shall be made;

- the name of the one to whom or by order of whom the payment shall be made;

- specifying of date and place of creation of the bill of exchange;

- the signature of the one who issues the document (drawer).

1.3. The document in which is absent any of the designations specified in prior Item is not valid the promissory note, except as specified, determined below.
