1. To state paragraph two of part three of Article 30 in the following edition:
"To the physical persons registered in accordance with the established procedure by the relevant Tax Services as the individual entrepreneur performing business activity without formation of legal entity, service records are drawn up by local authorities of work and employment of the population of the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the population of Turkmenistan according to the procedure, established by the legislation of Turkmenistan.".
