Article 1. Purpose of this Law

The purpose of this Law is regulation of activities of the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan for protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship.

Article 2. The legislation on the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship

The legislation on the Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship consists of this Law and other acts of the legislation.

Article 3. The Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship

The Comissioner for the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan on protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship (further - the Representative for protection of the rights of entrepreneurs) - the official providing guarantees of protection of the rights and legitimate interests of subjects of entrepreneurship, observance of the specified rights and legitimate interests by state bodies, including law enforcement and monitoring bodies (further - state bodies).

The representative for protection of the rights of entrepreneurs performs the powers independently and irrespective of state bodies, their officials and in the activities is accountable to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
