About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the general education"

Article 1. "About the general education" of July 10, 2009 to state the text of article 1 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia to ZR-160 in the following edition:
"This Law establishes the principles of state policy in the general education sphere of the Republic of Armenia, organization-legal and financial and economic bases, regulates legal relationship of the physical persons and legal entities participating in general education process, provides bases of right to education, affirmed the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia equal for all, on compulsory free secondary education.".
Article 2. To state part 4 of Article 4 in the following edition:
"4. Secondary education is obligatory, the cases except for provided by the law.".
Article 3. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after official publication.
Article 2 of this Law becomes effective since June 1, 2017.
