About modification and amendments in some orders of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan

1. Approve the enclosed list of some orders of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and amendment are made.

2. To provide to department of agriculture of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in paper and electronic type in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

3. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

The list of some orders of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan to which changes and amendment are made

1. In the order of the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of May 6, 2015 No. 4-3/423 "About approval of the standard of the state service "Subsidizing of Increase in Productivity and Product Quality of Crop Production, Cost of the Fuels and Lubricants and Other Inventory Items Necessary for Carrying Out Spring and Field and Harvest Works, by Subsidizing of Production of Priority Cultures" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 11705, published on August 12, 2015 in information system of law of Ad_let):

in the standard of the state service "Subsidizing of Increase in Productivity and Product Quality of Crop Production, Cost of the Fuels and Lubricants and Other Inventory Items Necessary for Carrying Out Spring and Field and Harvest Works, by Subsidizing of Production of Priority Cultures" approved by the specified order:

1) of item 4 to state the subitem in the following edition:

"1) from the moment of delivery of documents to the service provider, in the State corporation, and also in case of the address on the portal - 11 (eleven) working days.

In case of the appeal to the State corporation day of acceptance does not enter rendering the state service in time;";

state Item 9 in the following edition:

"9. Uslugopoluchatel (the representative by proxy) provides the following documents:

1) in case of the address to the service provider or in the State corporation:

the request for receipt of subsidies for partial cost recovery of production of priority cultures and crops in the protected soil in form, according to appendix 3 to this standard of the state services;

the copy of the reference of bank of the second level or the National operator of mail about availability of the bank account with indication of its number in one copy.

For receipt of subsidies for 1 ton uslugopoluchatel specify in addition in the request of the data concerning availability:

contracts with processing enterprise on delivery of agricultural products;

the payment documents confirming the incurred costs (at the time of application) processing enterprise;

2) in case of the address on the portal:

the request in electronic form, the uslugopoluchatel certified by the EDS, on receipt of subsidies for partial cost recovery of production of priority cultures and crops in the protected soil in form, according to appendix 3 to this standard of the state services;

the electronic copy of the reference of bank of the second level or the National operator of mail about availability of the bank account with indication of its number in one copy.

In case of documents acceptance the employee of the State corporation verifies their copies with originals then returns originals to uslugopoluchatel. 2) in the State corporation - the receipt on acceptance of the relevant documents is issued to uslugopoluchatel;

3) on the portal - in "personal account" of uslugopoluchatel the status about acceptance of request for rendering the state service is displayed.

In the State corporation issue of ready documents to uslugopoluchatel is performed by his worker based on the receipt, in case of presentation of the identity document (or his representative under the notarial power of attorney, the legal entity - according to the document confirming powers).
