About modification and amendments in the Law on the state secret No. 245/2008
The Parliament adopts this organic law.
In the Law on the state secret No. 245/2008 (Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2009, Art. No. 45-46, 123), with subsequent changes and amendments, to make the following changes and additions:
1. In Article 28:
part (to state 1) in the following edition:
"(1) Owners of the positions specified in appendix to this law have the admission to the state secret in form 1 and 2 from the date of their appointment (election) to position, only after execution of the commitment letter by them on nondisclosure of the state secret.";
add Article with part (1-1) following contents:
"(1-1) Admission to the state secret of owners of the positions specified in appendix to this law can be suspended or stopped in accordance with general practice, established by this law.".
2. Add the law with appendix of the following content:

11. Chairman of the Supreme council of prosecutors
12. Chairman of degree of jurisdiction
13. Attorney-General
14. Director of Service of information and safety
15. Director of Service of the state protection
16. Director of the National center for fight against corruption
17. President of National Bank of Moldova
18. Chairman of Audit Chamber
19. Chairman of the National commission on the financial market
20. The chairman of National authority on integrity
21. CEO of the Public archive agency
