This Procedure is developed according to the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "About currency control" and determines procedure for acceptance, accounting, storage of cash foreign currency and respect for cash discipline by legal entities of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
1. Legal entities (further - the companies) shall keep cash foreign currency on currency accounts in Payment processing centers of the head territorial administrations of the Central bank and commercial banks of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - banks).
2. The cash foreign currency which arrived to the companies in the cases established by the legislation is subject to delivery in banks for storage and transfer into currency accounts.
3. The cash foreign currency received in banks is spent strictly on purpose.
4. In case of acceptance of foreign currency cashiers of the companies shall determine solvency of foreign currency by means of technical means. In addition the solvency of foreign currency is checked on the reference materials recommended by the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
