in the regulations of the state service "Certification of Non-state Fire Services on the Work Right according to the Prevention and Suppression of the Fires, Ensuring Fire Safety and Carrying Out Wrecking in the Organizations, Settlements and on Objects" approved by the specified order:

"1. the head of the service provider signs the draft of the answer about motivated refusal in further review of the statement, accomplishment duration - 3 (three) hours;

the contractor transfers the answer about motivated refusal in further review of the statement to the employee of office - 40 (forty) minutes;

the employee of office issues to uslugopoluchatel (to the representative of uslugopoluchatel by proxy) the answer about motivated refusal in further review of the statement or directs by mail, accomplishment duration - 1 (one) hour;

by provision of complete document package the contractor appoints date of commission session on consideration of the application and document package to the right of receipt of result of rendering the state service (further - the commission) and notifies members of the commission on date of commission session, accomplishment duration - 2 (two) hours;

4) the commission considers the application, determines compliance of the submitted documents to the qualification requirements imposed to the non-state fire services approved by the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 7, 2014 No. 783 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts No. 9942) and makes the decision on certification or refuses certification which is drawn up by the minutes of the commission on the form given in appendix 2 to these regulations of the state service, accomplishment duration - 13 (thirteen) calendar days;

5) the contractor draws up the decision of the commission and result of rendering the state service. Gives for the signature to the head of the service provider, accomplishment duration - 2 (two) hours;

6) the head of the service provider signs result of rendering the state service, accomplishment duration - 2 (two) hours;

7) the contractor transfers result of rendering the state service to the employee of office, accomplishment duration - 20 (twenty) minutes;

8) the employee of office issues to uslugopoluchatel (to the representative of uslugopoluchatel by proxy) result of rendering the state service or directs by mail, accomplishment duration - 15 (fifteen) minutes.";

"6. Result of the procedure (action) for rendering the state service which forms the basis for accomplishment of the following procedure (action):

action 1 - registration on the portal and assignment of the entering number;

action 2 - determination of the contractor;
