1. To state item 4 of the Section III of the Order of interaction of bodies of the public executive service and bodies of the State Border Service of Ukraine when implementing the enforcement proceeding approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of February 7, 2014 No. 288/5/102, registered in the Ministry of Justice Ukraine on February 11, 2014 at No. 273/25050, in the following edition:
"4. The temporary restriction in the right of departure out of limits of Ukraine of person is lifted in case of pronouncement of the resolution by the state contractor about:
return of the executive document to court which issued it, based on part one of article 38 of the Law of Ukraine "About enforcement proceeding" (further - the Law);
