additional restrictions for investment of means of pension accruals of the non-state pension fund performing mandatory pension insurance (further - pension accruals of fund), including requirements to assets in which pension accruals of fund are invested;

cases, when managing company, being effective as the trustee with means of pension accruals of the fund having the right to sign repurchase agreements (further - cases when the conclusion of repurchase agreements is allowed);

the requirements directed to restriction of risks, on condition of which observance managing company, being effective as the trustee with means of pension accruals of the fund having the right to sign the agreements which are derivative financial instruments (further - requirements in case of which observance the conclusion of the agreements which are derivative financial instruments is allowed);

additional requirements to credit institutions in which means of pension accruals and accumulating for housing providing the military personnel are placed;

the additional requirement which the managing company which is selected on tender for implementation of investment of means of the pension accruals delivered by it in trust management of the Pension Fund of the Russian Federation according to statements of insured persons for the choice of investment portfolio (managing company) (further - the managing company which is selected on tender), shall observe during validity of trust management of means of pension accruals for financing of funded pension.

Additional restrictions for investment of pension accruals of fund, including the requirement to assets in which pension accruals of fund, cases when the conclusion of repurchase agreements, and requirements in case of which observance the conclusion of the agreements which are derivative financial instruments is allowed is allowed are invested
