About modification of some regulatory legal acts of the National commission on securities and the stock market (concerning enhancement of order of registration of share issue)

According to Item of 1 part two of Article 7, Item 13 of article 8 of the Law of Ukraine "About state regulation of the security market in Ukraine" the National commission on securities and the stock market SOLVED:

1. Bring in the Procedure of consolidation and share split of joint-stock company approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of March 6, 2012 No. 371, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 23, 2012 for No. 440/20753 (with changes), the following changes:

Paragraph two of Item 7 of the Section I to state 1) in the following edition:

"The impress of a seal is optional detail of any of documents which submission to registering body is provided by this Procedure. Copies of documents which submission to registering body is provided by this Procedure are considered certified in accordance with the established procedure if on such copies the authorized signature of the subject of managing is put down.";

2) in the Section III:

to exclude subitem 1.3 of Item 1.

With respect thereto subitems 1.4 - 1.8 to consider respectively subitems 1.3 - 1.7;

state Item 3 in the following edition:

"3. Registering body:

1) after the receipt of the statement and documents necessary for registration of share issue, performs registration of share issue or refuses registration within 25 working days;

2) returns in the time provided by the subitem of 1 this Item documents to society without consideration.";

state Item 6 in the following edition:

"6. The bases for return to society without consideration of the documents submitted for registration of share issue are:

submission of documents not in full;
