1. Reorganize the state company "Educational and Technical Center" under the State agency of road and water transport of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic by transformation to public institution "Production and innovative center" under the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Determine that the public institution "Production and innovative center" under the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic is legal successor of the state company "Educational and Technical Center" under the State agency of road and water transport of the Ministry of Transport and Communications of the Kyrgyz Republic.
3. Approve the Charter of public institution "Production and innovative center" under the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic in edition according to appendix.
4. Ceased to be valid according to the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic of 03.03.2021 No. 68
5. To the Ministry of Transport and Roads of the Kyrgyz Republic:
