About modification of some decisions of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic
For the purpose of implementation of the decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission "About modification of the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union" of October 18, 2016 101, according to articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides No.:
1. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the List of the medicines exempted from payment of the VAT when importing for the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of January 24, 2013 No. 31 the following change:
The list of the medicines exempted from payment of the VAT by delivery and import to the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic; approved by the above-stated resolution to state in edition according to appendix 1 to this resolution.
2. Bring in the order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of the Inventory for the ensuring defense capability, homeland security and law and order which are subject to exemption of the VAT and the customs duties when importing on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic" of August 7, 2013 No. 455 the following change:
To state the inventory for the ensuring defense capability, homeland security and law and order which are subject to exemption of the VAT and the customs duties when importing on the territory of the Kyrgyz Republic approved by the above-stated resolution in edition according to appendix 2 to this resolution.
3. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since January 1, 2017.
