About modification and amendments in the Law of Turkmenistan "About anti-corruption"

"Article 20. Measures for corruption prevention

1. Prevention of corruption is performed by carrying out the following main measures:

1) carrying out among the population of propaganda activities for the purpose of forming in the society of intolerance situation to corruption;

2) conducting anti-corruption examination of regulatory legal acts of Turkmenistan and their projects;

3) consideration in state bodies of questions of law-enforcement practice by results of the decisions of the courts which took legal effect about recognition illegal actions (failure to act) of state bodies and officials for the purpose of development and taking measures to the prevention and elimination of the reasons established offenses;

4) presentation of qualification requirements to the citizens applying for revenues to public service, and also verification of the data represented by the specified citizens, according to the procedure, established by the legislation of Turkmenistan;
