1. Bring in the order of the Minister of Energy of the Republic of Kazakhstan of February 16, 2015 No. 100 "About approval of Rules of conducting the state environmental assessment" (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11021, No. 98 published on May 28, 2015 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper (27974)) the following changes:

in the Rules of conducting the state environmental assessment approved by the specified order:

"2.
