1. 2. To the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation according to the procedure, established by Rules of issue of licenses and import permits and (or) commodity import (appendix to appendix No. 7 to the Agreement on the Eurasian Economic Union of May 29, 2014) to perform issue to participants of foreign trade activity of one-time licenses for import to the Russian Federation from the states which are not members of the Eurasian Economic Union, crushed stone and gravel, eliminations of crushing and mixes (further - the license) in the presence of approval of the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation.

3. To the Ministry of Construction and Housing and Communal Services of the Russian Federation:

a) approve the statement for licensing within 15 calendar days from the date of receipt of the statement in case of observance of the following quality requirements of crushed stone and gravel which is confirmed by the original of the test report issued by the test laboratory accredited by Federal Accreditation Service:
