1.1 This Provision is developed according to the Laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan "About the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan" and "About banks and banking activity", the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of March 30, 2002 NUP-3047 ""About measures for restriction of growth of money supply and increase in responsibility for respect for financial discipline" (The collection of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan, 2002, N 5-6, Art. 38), other legal acts and establishes procedure for determination of the capital of commercial banks and standards of adequacy of the capital.
For the purpose of this provision the following determination of the basic concepts is used:
2.1 "Requirements of bank" - any obligations to bank, for example, the issued credits etc.
2.2 "Equity reserves" - the reserves created from net profit after tax payment and obligatory payments which can be used for covering of any losses at the time of their origin without any limit.
