Changes which are made to resolutions of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine

1. In Item 2 of the Procedure for providing the representation of Ukraine by hearing of cases in the European Court of Human Rights approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 29, 2004 No. 553 "About the organizational actions connected with providing representation of Ukraine by hearing of cases in European court on human rights" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2004, No. 17, Art. 1183; 2006, No. 22, the Art. 1655) shall be replaced with words words of "The government representative for cases of the European Court of Human Rights" "authorized for the European Court of Human Rights".
