1. Bring in the order of the Minister of environmental protection of the Republic of Kazakhstan of October 16, 2013 No. 313-O "About approval of the Traffic regulation of water transport during the spawning period, forbidden for fishery, and also in reservoirs and (or) sites, forbidden for fishery" (No. registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts 8918, No. 32 published on February 15, 2014 in the Kazakhstanskaya Pravda newspaper (27653)) the following changes:

2) discrepancy of the applicant and (or) the provided materials, objects, supplied and the information necessary for approval issue to requirements, stipulated in Item 10 these rules;
