Article 1. Bring in article 21 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan of May 19, 2009 "About the higher and postgraduate professional education" (Akhbori of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, 2009, No. 5, Art. 338; 2014, No. 7, h 2, Art. 423; 2016, No. 7, Art. 628) following amendments:
- add part 11 with the paragraph the ninth the following content:
"-because of arrival in educational institution, managing the motorized vehicle;".
- add part 16 with the second offer of the following content:
"In case of arrival in educational institution, managing the motorized vehicle, the student is expelled from educational institution without the recovery right for a period of three years.".
