To the ministry of agricultural and water economy of the Republic of Uzbekistan to develop and approve in accordance with the established procedure Regulations on procedure for use of the funds allocated to the Ministry of agricultural and water economy for payment of the allowance for high-quality seeds of cotton taking into account financing of the expenses connected with content of Representative office of FAO in the Republic of Uzbekistan in a month.
