About approval of the Action plan for 2017-2020 on (ре) integration of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova who returned from abroad

For the purpose of realization of National strategy "Diaspora – 2025", approved by the Order of the Government No. 200 of February 26, 2016, National strategy in the migration and shelter (2011-2020) approved by the Order of the Government No. 655 of September 8, 2011, the National strategy of the employment of the population for 2017-2021 approved by the Order of the Government No. 1473 of September 30, 2016 and also the Government DECIDES: Programs of activities of the Government for 2016-2018

1. Approve the Action plan for 2017-2020 on (ре) to integration of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova who returned from abroad it (is applied).

2. To the ministries and other central administrative authorities to take necessary measures for accomplishment fully and at the scheduled time the Action plan for 2017-2020 on (ре) to integration of the citizens of the Republic of Moldova who returned from abroad and annually till March 1 or on demand to inform the State office on the level of its implementation.

3. To assign monitoring and coordinating of process of accomplishment of the specified Action plan to the State office (The Liaison Bureau with diaspora) which annually till April 1 will inform the Government on the course of its accomplishment.

4. In this resolution the following concepts are determined:

the citizens of the Republic of Moldova who returned from abroad – physical persons – citizens of the Republic of Moldova who returned after temporary stay in the territory of other state for at least 90 days continuously within one calendar year no more than 24 months ago;

diaspora, migration and development – the mechanism of interrelation and interaction of all parties (the central and local authorities of public administration, civil society, the academic circles, private sector, the international organizations, etc.) participating in accomplishment of strategic tasks of state policy in the field of bonds with diaspora.

5. Recommend to bodies of local public authority to implement on scenes of action, provided in the specified Plan.
