1. 1.1. in Regulations on procedure for placement of information on public procurements and acts of the legislation on public procurements on the official site approved by this resolution:
to add the paragraph of the sixth part two of Item 10 after the words "about opening of offers" with words "(in case of holding open tender)";
in Item 11:
after the paragraph of third to add Item with the paragraph of the following content:
"number (in case of its availability) and date of the agreement;";
the fourth or twelfth to consider paragraphs respectively paragraphs the fifth or thirteenth;
to state the paragraph of the seventh in the following edition:

state item 4 in the following edition:
"4. Spare parts, aggregates, nodes, devices, components, the equipment special, educational and auxiliary property to the military products specified in Item 3 of this list and also to other vehicles used by the organizations which are part of forces of ensuring national security.";
state Item 11 in the following edition:
"11. Military small arms (except goods items of 9303 and 9304 00 000 0 single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union) caliber of 14,5 of mm and less.".
2. To the republican state bodies and other state organizations subordinated to the Government of the Republic of Belarus, regional executive committees and the Minsk Gorispolkom to bring the regulatory legal acts into accord with this resolution.
3. This resolution becomes effective in three months after its official publication.
Operation of this resolution does not extend to public procurements of goods (works, services) if agreements are signed or procedures of public procurements are begun before entry into force of this resolution. The specified public procurements come to the end according to the legislation existing before entry into force of this resolution.
