According to Item 8 of article 19 of the Law of Ukraine "About the State Border Service of Ukraine", to Item 3 parts four of article 2 of the Law of Ukraine "About border control", to Item 19 of the Procedure for provision to the State Border Service and accomplishment of orders of authorized state bodies by it concerning persons crossing frontier, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine approved by the resolution of April 17, 2013 No. 280, to Item 34 of the Procedure for entrance on temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and the departure from it approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 4, 2015 No. 367 (with changes), and also for the purpose of determination of the sequence of actions of authorized officers of bodies of protection of frontier in case of detection at check points through frontier and checkpoints of entrance on temporarily occupied territory of Ukraine and departure from it of persons, concerning which orders of authorized state bodies and determination of interaction are carried out
