About approval of Changes in Fire safety regulations in Ukraine

According to Item 33 parts two of article 17 of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine, for the purpose of reduction of regulatory legal acts in the field of fire safety in compliance with the legislation, reduction of financial load of subjects of managing order:

1. Approve Changes in the Fire safety regulations in Ukraine approved by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine of December 30, 2014 No. 1417, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on March 5, 2015 at No. 252/26697, which are applied.

2. Department on forming of policy concerning government authorities and monitoring bodies of the Ministry of Internal Affairs being under control of the Minister (Bodnar V. E.) provide submission of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.

4. I impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of Public service of Ukraine on emergency situations Chechitkin N. A.

Changes in Fire safety regulations in Ukraine

1. In the paragraph the second Item 3 of the Section I of the word "according to the procedure, determined by the legislation" shall be replaced with words "according to requirements of the Code of civil protection of Ukraine".
