Approve the enclosed changes which are made to the Regulations on award of academic degrees to persons using the data which are the state secret in the works, approved by the order of the Government of the Russian Federation of March 17, 2015 No. 235 "About procedure for award of academic degrees to persons using the data which are the state secret" in the works (The Russian Federation Code, 2015, No. 12, the Art. 1765).

1. State Item 7 in the following edition:
"7. The thesis is submitted to protection in special dissertation council in which the organization where the thesis was carried out, it is recommended to provide to the job seeker the thesis to protection.
The thesis is submitted to protection on paper and is drawn up taking into account requirements of the legislation of the Russian Federation about the state secret.
In division on protection of the state mystery of the organization based on which the special dissertation council in which the thesis to protection is submitted is created, thesis copies are transferred to the organization based on which the special dissertation council, the directions to official opponents and leading organization, and also the abstract of the thesis on paper is created in the quantity necessary for representation in special dissertation council, in library of confidential editions and classified technical documents (further - confidential library).".
