About modification of the Instruction about the organization of production, release into the stream of commerce and realization of commemorative and investment coins of Ukraine, souvenirs

According to Articles 7, of 15, 33 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", in connection with adoption of law of Ukraine "About modification of some legal acts of Ukraine concerning use of seals by legal entities and physical persons entrepreneurs" and for the purpose of reduction of the regulatory legal act in compliance with requirements of the current legislation of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in Chapter 5 of the Instruction about the organization of production, release into the stream of commerce and realization of commemorative and investment coins of Ukraine, the souvenirs approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of May 30, 2012 No. 213, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on June 22, 2012 for No. 1044/21356 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in Item 5.2:

in the second offer of paragraph two of the word" which round stamp of Banknote mint is set" to exclude;
