1. Bring in the Rules of determination by authorized rating agency of rating assessment on the National rating scale approved by the decision of the National commission on securities and the stock market of January 12, 2016 No. 17 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 3, 2016 at No. 182/28312, such changes:

Subitems 7, of the 8th item 4 to state 1) in the following edition:

"7) to reveal and eliminate any existing or potential conflicts of interest which can influence work and conclusions of its rating analysts, workers and any other physical persons which services the rating agency, or any other persons who are directly or indirectly involved in assignment of credit ratings, and also persons who approve credit ratings uses;

8) to create rating committee which functions based on the relevant domestic situation in the organizational structure.";

Item 5 to state 2) in the following edition:

"5. The rating methodology and the rating procedure, and also changes in them affirm authorized rating agency.";

3) in Item 6:
