Article 1

Bring in the Budget code of the Russian Federation (The Russian Federation Code, 1998, No. 31, Art. 3823; 2007, No. 18, Art. 2117; 2009, No. 15, Art. 1780; No. 29, Art. 3629; 2010, No. 31, Art. 4185; 2013, No. 19, Art. 2331; No. 31, Art. 4191; No. 52, Art. 6983) following changes:

Article 145 to add 1) with Item 6.1 of the following content:

"6.1. By consideration in the first reading of drafts of the Federal Laws on budgets of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation for the next financial year and planning period the State Duma hears reports of the Government of the Russian Federation, reports of representatives of Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation, supporting reports of Committee on the budget and special-purpose committees and makes decisions on acceptance or on variation of the specified bills.";

Article 149 to add 2) with Item 3.1 of the following content:

"3.1. By consideration of performance reports of budgets of state non-budgetary funds of the Russian Federation for accounting financial year the State Duma hears reports of the Government of the Russian Federation, reports of representatives of Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation and supporting reports of Committee on the budget.";

3) in Article 201 part one after the words "Governments of the Russian Federation" to add with the words "report of the Chairman of Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation", to exclude the words "and also report of the Chairman of Audit Chamber of the Russian Federation".

Article 2

This Federal Law becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
