About modification of the Regulations on the organization of asset sale (property) of the liquidated banks

According to Item 14 parts five and parts six of Article 12, to parts three and the seventh article 51 of the Law of Ukraine "About system of guaranteeing household deposits", and also for the purpose of ensuring realization of assets (property) of the liquidated banks, at the highest cost in the shortest possible time the executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits SOLVED:

1. Make to the section VII Provisions on the organization of asset sale (property) of the liquidated banks approved by the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits against March 24, 2016 No. 388, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on April 20, 2016 for No. 606/28736 (in edition of the decision the decision of executive directorate of Fund of guaranteeing household deposits of May 5, 2017 No. 1872), the following changes:

1) in the second offer of item 4 of the word "the commissions on consideration of claims and preparation of offers on the organization and carrying out open tenderings (auctions) for asset sale (property) of banks which are removed from the market or are liquidated" to replace with the word of "Fund";

2) to add Item 7 with new paragraphs of the following content:

"In case of sale of property rights on the means credits, the parts which arrived in bank on account of repayment or all debt on such credits:

to the conclusion of the purchase and sale agreement of assets (property) of bank(s) and implementation of payment under such agreement join bank in its liquidating weight;
