Changes which are made to some acts of the Government of the Russian Federation

1. In the Order of the Government of the Russian Federation of July 22, 2002 No. 549 "About approval of regulations on the organization of sale of the state-owned or municipal property by means of public offer and without announcement of the price" (The Russian Federation Code, 2002, No. 30, Art. 3051; 2006, No. 52, Art. 5599; 2008, No. 38, Art. 4322; 2009, No. 3, Art. 380; 2010, No. 5, Art. 530; 2011, No. 8, Art. 1116; 2012, No. 12, Art. 1414; 2015, No. 15, Art. 2284; 2016, No. 21, Art. 3019):

1) in the Regulations on the organization of sale of the state-owned or municipal property by means of public offer approved by the specified resolution:

a) third Item 2 to add the paragraph with words "which the subjects of the Russian Federation or local government bodies having the right based on decisions to involve in implementation of functions of the seller of legal entities based on the agreements signed with them by results of competitive procedures";

b) add with Item 3 (1) the following content:

"3(1). The seller has the right to involve in implementation of the functions specified in Item 3 this provision, legal entities, specified Item in paragraph three 2 this provision.";

c) the paragraph one of Item 5 to state in the following edition:
