About transitional provisions of the Technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About requirements to fire safety and fire extinguishing devices" (TR EEU 043/2017)

1. Determine that:

a) documents on assessment of conformity of products to the mandatory requirements established by the acts entering the right of the Eurasian Economic Union (further - the Union), or the legislation of state member of the Union (further - state member), issued or accepted concerning products which are object of technical regulation of the technical regulation of the Eurasian Economic Union "About requirements to fire safety and fire extinguishing devices" (before date of the introduction of the technical regulation in force, are valid TR EEU 043/2017) (further respectively - products, the technical regulation) before the termination of term of their action, but no later than 18 months from the date of the introduction of the technical regulation in force.
