1. Declare invalid the order of State Tax Administration of Ukraine of January 24, 2011 No. 38 "About approval of the Order of interaction of bodies of the State Tax Service and bodies of the Pension fund of Ukraine during the organization and conducting planned inspections", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on February 09, 2011 at No. 167/18905.

2. To provide to department of tax policy of the Ministry of Finance of Ukraine in accordance with the established procedure:

provision of this order on state registration in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine;

promulgation of this order.

3. This order becomes effective from the date of its official publication.
