About modification of the Regulations on implementation of financial monitoring by banks

1. Bring in the Regulations on implementation of financial monitoring by banks approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of June 26, 2015 No. 417 (with changes), the following changes:

1) in the Section I:

to exclude the subitem 37 of Item 2;

in the subitem 4 of Item 3 of the word" (the simplified identification)" to exclude;

in the paragraph the second Item 7 to replace the word "approvals" with the word "considerations";

2) in the Section V:
