About modification of the Regulations on criteria and procedure for selection of banks which can be involved in stock holding of cash of the National Bank of Ukraine

According to Articles 7, of 15, 33 and 56 Laws of Ukraine "About the National Bank of Ukraine", for the purpose of expansion of criteria to banks which can be involved in stock holding of cash of the National Bank of Ukraine the Board of the National Bank of Ukraine decides:

1. Bring in Regulations on criteria and procedure for selection of banks which can be involved in stock holding of cash of the National Bank of Ukraine, approved by the resolution of Board of the National Bank of Ukraine of September 28, 2016 No. 389, the following changes:

Paragraph one of the subitem 2 of Item 1 to state 1) in the following edition:

"2) the bank performs collection of means and transportation of currency values or uses services of collection of other banks or legal entities who obtained the license of National Bank for provision to banks of services in collection.";

2) in Item 2:

exclude subitem 4.

9, 11 and 12 to state subitems in the following edition:

"9) compliance of technical condition of storages and/or safes to requirements of regulatory legal acts of National Bank with provision of copies of appropriate certificates;";

"11) possible inventory quantity of cash for transfer on storage according to class of resistance of storages and/or safes and liquid providing;

12) forecast amounts of reinforcement of actual stocks in storages and/or safes of bank, export of excesses of cash, suitable and unsuitable to the address, from cash inventories stored in National Bank;";

The subitem 5 of item 4 to state 3) in the following edition:

"5) technical condition of storages and/or safes, availability of certificates, organization of protection of storages and/or safes;".
